My first time in for service and I was treated very kindly.service was quick and it was very nice to meet Felipe’s he was great.

Less than thrilled with this visit. Had a 10:00 appt for tires and alignment, a one hour job, but was told on arrival that it could be 2 1/2 hours. Actually took 2. My car was returned without explanation of the alignment report and I found that the left rear camber was out of tolerance when inspected and was still out of tolerance by the same amount when the alignment was completed.
The service department was quick and efficient. The truck was returned in a timely manner and concerns were addressed.
Great service. Randy Marion honored previous Gerry Wood committment for free oil changes. Service advisor explained all services completed and which services would be needed in the future. Service was completed in a timely manner.
