Excellent service, as always. Sorry to find out Jake is leaving. He has been most helpful in taking care of our vehicle. Was very unhappy to learn that going forward there will be a surcharge to use a credit card. Many retired folks like us do not have the funds in a checking account to cover several hundred dollars of unexpected car repairs not covered by our warranty. As big a business as Randy Marion is, this does not seem necessary.
Excellent service. My service advisor, Joshua Ewart, was attentive and professional. He ensured I was satisfied. Check out process was seamless. Although, the 3% charge for credit card transactions is not favorable.
