"Great advisor" David Gardener had been my service advisor at Gerry Wood Dodge for sometime. He is always very nice and does a great job keeping me in the loop and what the cost would be. If you need any help I would suggest calling David.
"Routine service visit" Once again I am impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the service department staff. I continue to have my Dodge Journey and Dodge Durango serviced at Gerry Wood.
"Recall work on my Jeep Liberty" I received a letter about a recall on my Jeep liberty on the rear lower control arms on Saturday. I called Monday morning to schedule an appointment. They had to order the parts to over nite. My appointment was for 8:30 Tuesday morning so I dropped car off Monday afternoon. I received a call around 9:30am that my car was ready to pick up! Quick and easy. This was the second recall fixed by Jerry Woods and I've had no complaints at all!!
"Recall for Cruise Control" I took my 2018 Jeep in for a recall on the cruise control. DAVID greeted with a smile and a good morning. I signed the paperwork and the whole process was completed in less than the expected time. I have worked with DAVID before and found it to be pleasureable as was my experience this time.
"New dodge 2500" Great experience with jimmy Yelland and the whole crew at Gerry wood the sales service and finance staff are top notch will continue to do business with them
"Great experience!! My wife loves her Jeep" Just purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Sport. Purchased for a great price ($2000 drop) and that enabled me to be able to purchase the Coverall warranty and the GAP insurance (had to add a little extra total). Now I have a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty as well as coverage of electrical and all other non- routine maintenance parts for 4 years. That's peace of mind and I also got a sweet ride. "Having my truck serviced and detailed " I had my 2007 3500 Ram serviced and The passenger air bag replaced. While checking in we forudout that we could have the vehicle detail. This is the best thing to keep your vehicle like new. what a great job these folks did to my truck and the cost is right. "Great Service" After taking our Dodge to a dealer in Concord for a number of years, following a move to Salisbury, we took it to Gerry Wood. They were quick, efficient, and professional. A much better experience than that Concord dealer.
"Knowledge and Patience " This is a follow up to a review I had written when I was rather upset. First, as in my last review, I would like to thank the service department for their work on my 2015 Ram 1500. They, Mike and Lou spent time with us and explained the situation, in a dumbed down version. They were professional and courteous.
