I have now purchased three Jeep Wranglers from Gerry Wood. The last was because of a buy back because of a leak in the freedom panels. My salesperson through this process was Tommy Boykin. Tommy is great! He went beyond the norm in assisting me with finding My replacement Jeep. We took a drive to Gerry Wood for my mother who was purchasing a new vehicle to replace one that had recently been totaled. My teenage daughter spotted a used vehicle she feel in love with. Although we were not looking to purchase a vehicle for her for several months down the road, we could not pass up the deal we got on this one and she loves it. The salesman was super nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle too. He was very helpful and made it a memorable experience for our daughter.
My experience at Gerry Wood auto was excellent. I didn’t feel pressured at all and they treated me and my family great. If anyone asks me where they should get a great car at a great price then I’ll definitely tell them Gerry Wood.
My 300 broke down on the highway 170miles away from home and I was able to drive 35mph for 25 minutes make it to the dealership at 5:45 but they was closed, a service guy Shane Forester for some reason had not left, so he checked me in and also made arrangements for me to get a rental car in 5minutes ...WOW.. a service guy outside of business hours helped me get back on the road when he didn't have to.....BLESSED is how I felt....
Been a customer of this DEALERSHIP for the past 15 years. Because if their outstanding and fair customer service my wife and I have bought 2 new vehicles from them. It was their customer service and their true care for us that has made us loyal customers and life long cuatomers!
Monica oversaw the required insection on our 300C. She is to be applauded. She knows me, and knows our car. She acccomplishes what needs to be done, and keeps me on track as to what is in the near future for care for my car. She is on watch for the "recall" item, for our 300C. Well done.

The service was great took a while to find the problem but we were given a rental to drive until our Jeep Cherokee was ready and received a phone call to let me know it was ready and the problem was fired.
