A buddy of mine and I stopped by the Putnam place yesterday for a quick sandwich. The food and service were great! But, here's the best part... I left a Camelbak there and didn't realize it until I was home, 2.5 hours away. I called the store this morning and the manager is dropping it off at UPS to send to me! That is going above and beyond. In a day and age when customer service seems to be a lost art, this place excels!! Thank you so much!!!!
