Ashley Eisenbrandt and Amy Vasfaret went above and beyond to help us with the sale of our bare land! It was definitely an undertaking once we were under contract but Ashley and Amy pressed on and helped make sure we as the sellers were informed about everything happening and pressed the buyers agent, the lender and everyone involved for updates and information when needed!
Communication through the whole selling process was great. Response time and level of detail were on target and the information sharing was appropriate. The timeline was always visible and manageable too. Good job Ali and Sherri and Mary and Kylie!

In many ways, this was a very frustrating sale, but the frustration was caused by problems with the property, not with your service. You did a good job staying on top of the problems and working with the buyer to keep things moving.

Holly and Amy did an outstanding job, exceeding our expectations at every turn. They were patient while we searched for the right home, and once we found the home they were on top of each step in the process, and helped explain everything clearly and professionally. We would absolutely recommend their services and use them again ourselves in the future.
The process was brutal, but Rick hung in there with us. We made offer after offer only to have them ripped out from under us. This is the reality of the market, and Rick did his level best to accommodate our requests. He was willing to go with us to Polk, Marion, Linn, Benton Counties and even Yamhill county if needed. The team was able to help me find a house, despite the crazy market, they were all friendly and good to work with. About the only changes I might suggest are a more clear timeline and(because a lot of the communication happened via text, which worked really well for my schedule) either no or fewer emotions used - I use them all the time for informal communication, but they don't feel very professional. Minor things, but that's about all I noticed. Overall a good experience - thank you!
