Our first home purchase was a very difficult transaction which took three months. We did not use Gillott that time. This time was so much better using the right real estate team. The Gillott team really is leaps and bounds above everyone else! We had to sell and buy a home at the same time and still it was better. There was excellent communication among them to help us with every question and detail. Special shout out to Ali, Vickie, and Ashley for being so good to us!

We inherited the home and property from my Mom and Step Dad. This is a very unique place with 5 acres, huge shop, 2 ponds, spring fed water, generator and a lot of wildlife. We loved it there and wanted to move there ourselves but the house only having 2 bedrooms wasn't big enough. We listed with Jon Sugden. The team of Mary and Kelsie performed very well and worked their tails off for me. It was greatly appreciated. Im a first time home buyer, so not really having any idea how the "whole" process works and plays out was stressful at times. To putting out offers to being rejected then ultimately finding the right place for myself.
