Was treated very well and was calmed down through a really stressful forced sell. Answered all my questions and was always there when needed, even threw text. Very personable and you can see they enjoy what they do. A Lot easier to have people help you threw all this stress that enjoy what they do. Katy Ellis is the best realtor ever! My husband and I looked for houses off and on for close to a year. We worked with a few realtors and none of them really took us as serious buyers . We are happy to say that we were able to purchase the first house we put an offer in (and we all know in this market that this concept is insane) but she was a on top of everything and got our offer in before anyone else had a chance.
