Katy Ellis is the best realtor ever! My husband and I looked for houses off and on for close to a year. We worked with a few realtors and none of them really took us as serious buyers . We are happy to say that we were able to purchase the first house we put an offer in (and we all know in this market that this concept is insane) but she was a on top of everything and got our offer in before anyone else had a chance.
