Mary Ann (and the team) took amazing care of the sale of my husband’s mother’s home in Independence. I couldn’t say enough positive things about the Gillot Home Team! My realtor Sherri Ellis and Ali VanLooven were amazing! The whole selling process flew by! I called Sherri on 12/7 to talk about listing my home. It was listed as coming soon on 12/9 and had a full price offer BEFORE it was even active or pictures had been taken! We closed 1/10!!!! I don’t think there is any better group than Gillott home team. If I had any complaints about my process with them is I am not a fan of business being conducted through text. It’s not a normal thing for me, so at times that was frustrating. I ended up just dialing a phone number to answer questions so it wasn’t any kind of a deal breaker, just not my normal for financial transaction or anything I experienced in prior home purchases in the last 48 years. Was treated very well and was calmed down through a really stressful forced sell. Answered all my questions and was always there when needed, even threw text.
