Maurine and Katy did a fantastic job. They were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. In addition Maurine was very cool under pressure when the owners went strangely silent and unresponsive in the hour before the closing deadline. She kept re-assuring us that her strategy of not blinking would prevail, and it did! Katy was extremely patient with us throughout the long process of finding the right house. Her positive attitude and hopefulness never flagged as she kept showing us houses that we ended up turning down.
