Bill is great to work with, we had a failed sale that was long and frustrating but we all did the best we could just didn't work. Bill was a real champ through all of it. We sold Elm St. & Kay St. he had a hard agent to work with on Kay and he handled it well. We will have more units to sell when we are ready and Bill will be our guy.
