After a previously having bad experiences at other hair dressers, I finally got my 17yrs to agree to go a professional curly hair cut. Vikki was brilliant, made her feel relaxed and in charge of how she wanted her hair to look. She took my daughter through step by step on how to care for her curly hair, how to dry it and which products were best suited to her hair type. Visited today for my first ever curly cut… we had a super informative consultation to establish what I wanted to achieve and the best way to get the most out of my curls. You truly went above and beyond not only in making sure I have the knowledge to go off and recreate amazing curls myself but in making sure I left looking so good I can’t help but keep looking in the mirror!!! Wow Wow Wow 🥰 My first curly cut after embracing my curls due to 51 years of straightening them. An absolute wealth of knowledge and experience and basically made my curls Rock!! I have a very sassy shorter cut which it absolutely needed. She talked me through each step and explained what I need to do to re-create the look and how best to look after my curl type what my hair enjoys. My first time with Vikki, but certainly not my last!! Made to feel at ease straight away, talked me through everything she was doing, lots of tips and advice (I had been doing a number of things wrong 🫣) even videoing herself washing my hair so I could look back at what to do, in what order etc (trust me, curly hair can be a tricky bugger!) Just taken my nearly 7 year old for her first serious cut. She is very nervous about new places and sensitive with people she doesn’t know. Our experience was fantastic!
