Not unlike many others I have had some difficulty with my teeth over the years,mostly self inflicted. But no matter what the reason Dr. Shauer and his staff have always been very attentive to seeing that the level of care I receive is as pain-free as possible with the professional determination to resolve my problem. Dr. Schauer does great work, his methods are nearly pain free. He is thorough and listens to concerns expressed. I feel considering what has to be done it is as pleasant as possible. In addition his assistants and hygienist are so kind and friendly plus his office staff is efficient, nice and always remind me of upcoming procedures.
The entire staff really made me feel welcome and comfortable. It's that old fashion thing called "customer service" on a very professional level. The office decor also says welcome! The services provided on this visit were done efficiently and I acquired new knowledge and technique for keeping my teeth clean. Also, having molds taken of my teeth has not been a favorite procedure for me.
