The people that work with Alan Schauer are sociable and professional. In the 8+ years that i have been going to them they have never led me astray with faulty products or flashy gimmicks. They are honest and straight forward with there work and I would recommend them to anyone who asked.
I highly recommend both Dr Schauer and all his staff, especially Tim. After being treated like a statistic at two other practices in Austin I found a group of people that actually care about my well-being. The dentists at Alan Schauer, DDS are all incredibly friendly and nice people. Every visit is a pleasant experience even while having my teeth worked on. Appointments, in my experience, have also never been delayed and have always been quick in and quick out.

This is the first place, in my 30 years, that I feel comfortable with and know that they will listen to my concerns and will find a way to help me feel better and/or solve them. Not unlike many others I have had some difficulty with my teeth over the years,mostly self inflicted. But no matter what the reason Dr. Shauer and his staff have always been very attentive to seeing that the level of care I receive is as pain-free as possible with the professional determination to resolve my problem. Dr. Schauer does great work, his methods are nearly pain free. He is thorough and listens to concerns expressed. I feel considering what has to be done it is as pleasant as possible. In addition his assistants and hygienist are so kind and friendly plus his office staff is efficient, nice and always remind me of upcoming procedures.
