RecommendedWe stayed in a dog friendly cabin. The accommodations were comfortable and it just the right size for us. My kids loved the loft area and I enjoyed the fireplace. We got a lot of snow when we were there and the view was amazing. Only met one staff member in the store and he was friendly and helpful in getting our fire started. I can’t wait to go back!

This is the rest area, not Glenwood Canyon Resort.
Spent the last three days here with my family and we very much enjoyed our stay. We stayed in one of the Big RV spot (31ft TT) that had full hookups. Hook ups were spread out, so if your sewer is at the back end of your rig like ours, bring extra hose length or just pull forward and then dump before you leave like we did. Staff was friendly and I have to give a shout out to the man that turned on the football (Broncos!) and let us have a drink to enjoy while watching, even though everything was closed up. Man o man. Too much to do and the views... omg the views.....
We had a very hard time leveling our trailer! It took all the wood and leveling blocks we had! Narrow site but neighbors were nice. Only spent one night. It was pricey for just the 2 of us. Amazed at some of the people saying they were charged for your pets and kids? What's that all about?
New to RV camping, this place is very nice. A little more expensive but it was cool to camp next to the river. Found this place last minute passing through and they were very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
We had a good tent spot by the river. My only complaint would be the bathrooms were pretty far from our site. Maybe porta potties down there
