Too much cleaner used in the room, it burned my eyes and made it hard to sleep.
Room was spotless as usual and the new desk worker was very friendly and accommodating.

The mattress wasn’t in good condition and no soap in the shower
Our stay was great, the hotel is very cute and conveniently located in town. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was limited but we went out for breakfast anyways so this wasn't a problem. Overall it was a clean, affordable stay right next to both the Glenwood adventure park and Glenwood hot springs. Would recommend to future travelers.

Very clean and simple, beds were comfy. Coffee was burnt but everything else was perfect.
