this was my third time to use the wellness cacoon, red light and spray tan. The staff was so friendly and helpful. definitely recommend as self care!

Maggie is quick and efficient. Which is good.! More of that. Older clients ......so maybe jazz or frequency music because it's suppose to be a calming spa experience. The thumping music is too much while I. A massage chair. Don't try to sell products so hard. Especially while clients are trying to get in the cue for services. I realu like the place and the concepts, I want to continue coming, but it's hard to be there 2 hours for just 2 or 3 services.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Aubrey and Maggie at this location. News Year's Eve I came in not realizing they close early.. Aubrey made sure I got my full usual spray tan ritual. She stayed 20 minutes or more after close and didn't let me talk her out of it. She said " I want you to look and feel your best on New Year's Eve!!!! I'm putting you in for full time on everything. Very nice staff at this location and it's very clean as well. Love the chairs you can sit in and relax before or after your tan session.

So im just updating my review for Glo Tan so after I wasn't satisfied with my spray tan they reached out to me almost immediately and I was totally surprised. They are so adamant about satisfying their customers so I have been back a couple of times to do spray tan and I am not much of a spray tan girl, but the customer service of this business is unbelievably amazing. The place is so beautiful and welcoming when you first enter and this was the first place I took a chance on to get ready for my spring break vacation and, I guess, on the first try. You could get it right because the customer service, the recommendations, and the service were all so amazing. Too many new workers and had to call people from the back to figure out their problems...Employees on phones is unprofessional as well let's not yell across the salon at a worker to do something when they are currently doing a different task! Lady at the front with braces is super sweet and seemed to be the only one to help
