So im just updating my review for Glo Tan so after I wasn't satisfied with my spray tan they reached out to me almost immediately and I was totally surprised. They are so adamant about satisfying their customers so I have been back a couple of times to do spray tan and I am not much of a spray tan girl, but the customer service of this business is unbelievably amazing. The place is so beautiful and welcoming when you first enter and this was the first place I took a chance on to get ready for my spring break vacation and, I guess, on the first try. You could get it right because the customer service, the recommendations, and the service were all so amazing. So I do have a membership with I just left they're from doing a bed tan and I'm still new to their business but let me tell you how the girl that works the desk check someone in for a spray tan walk her back to the room and we never seen her again. My son and his father were waiting out in the car mean another customer waited there for about 10 maybe 15 minutes and finally a girl shows up named Lily and said she'd be right with us went to go and check me in but said the bed was dirty. This place is way over priced and you have to "buy "their "eyewear" pay an outrageous price for their "products" in order to Tan and bey a membership for an un godly amount of money every month Unless you're wealthy it's a NO !!!!! And from their reviews looks like you would have a hard time cancelling too It's a NO WAY for me With the Economy these people are way over pricing their customers Good Luck

Disappointed with the spray tan I got from this place. The lady at the front told me I could put my clothes on directly afterwards instantly I could see it wiped away. The tan on the back of my legs did not tell me nothing about putting plugs in my nose to protect myself or their directions didn't say anything about putting on your elbows or your knees where you would get super darker and orange looking as well would not recommend that type of tan and I wish I would've got more information from her. God forbid there's an issue with your account that Glo screwed up to begin with. A month ago a simple change was made and I'm still dealing with it. Took 40 minutes to fix a simple error the Rockwall location created and still changed additional $$ for their mess up. These ladies in Denton seriously lack customer service skills and find the frustration funny.

Horrible service, my girlfriend went in for a coupon for a free tan and they made her buy lotion, and goggles which totaled about $20. She got 5 minutes and they told her that she couldn't do anymore. The lady at the front desk had an upset tone and was very unfriendly and not welcoming
