Great salon! Super friendly and very helpful staff, Abby was awesome! It was my first time and she was super nice and helpful, went over the whole process and different services that are offered as well! Nice and clean salon great beds also the wellness pod is great feel so good after it! Wish we had these back in my state! Hope they open some GLO in IL soon!!
I feel so relaxed afterwards. It was fun and enjoyed it very much. Looking forward to my next visit. It’s a very calm relaxing atmosphere. Your girls were all very attentive and helpful especially Aniston.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. My daughter went in for their promotional introductory "free tan". BUT they wouldn't let her try the "free tan" until she gave them a credit card and signed up for a membership that they told her she could just cancel the next day. So she cancelled the membership and we were STILL charged. Fast forward weeks later and we have been charged $19.95 TWICE on our credit card and $11.90. Incorrect credit card charge. Our credit card was incorrectly charged for tanning lotion on Sunday and after daily calls and a visit to the salon we are still being told it will take 7-10 days to have the charge reversed. No management available in person or on the phone. We have been members for almost four years. Extremely poor customer service and very disappointing.
LOVE glo tanning! The services are super great and relaxing. I also love the employees, they are super helpful and always make great recommendations that genuinely help. I would 100% recommend the lux 1 membership for any high school students that get spray tans! Way cheaper than just doing it one time.
