This location is wonderful! I Love Glo but this isn’t the closest to my house so only been a couple of times and they are SO FRIENDLY and have really good beds. Today I really wanted the well system waterbed but it was about to be closing time. The worker, Fawn, was so kind and did nit mind how late is was. I love this location and staff is wonderful!
Great salon! Super friendly and very helpful staff, Abby was awesome! It was my first time and she was super nice and helpful, went over the whole process and different services that are offered as well! Nice and clean salon great beds also the wellness pod is great feel so good after it! Wish we had these back in my state! Hope they open some GLO in IL soon!!
I absolutely love Glo!!! I was looking for an establishment that offered red light therapy when I came across them. Glo offers the whole package with tanning, red light therapy, skin wellness, and more. I couldn't be happier with my membership. It's very reasonably priced and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Kayla at the front is so sweet and always remembers me when I come in. I highly recommend Glo!
If I could give ZERO stars I would. My daughter went in for their promotional introductory "free tan". BUT they wouldn't let her try the "free tan" until she gave them a credit card and signed up for a membership that they told her she could just cancel the next day. So she cancelled the membership and we were STILL charged. Fast forward weeks later and we have been charged $19.95 TWICE on our credit card and $11.90. Loved my experience! I did the spray tan booth for the first time and the person who helped me was so sweet. She also took the time to tell me about all of the services. I had such a positive experience that I signed up for the unlimited pass. Can’t wait to go back!
