We are getting charged $100 per month for a tanning membership at a salon where you can't tan! Their WiFi has been down for over a month with no resolution in sight, none of their services are working. How is that even possible!?! We notified corporate and they said to just go to another location! Well that's not convenient at all. We have endured the worst customer experience at the store for months and now this...uggh
I would right a good review because I love glo but there is a specific worker, her name is Kenna, who has been repeatedly rude to just about everyone who comes in. I have had multiple friends say the exact same thing. She gives nasty looks and is super pushy. I'm considering canceling my membership because of Kenna and how repetitively rude she is to the customers. I love glo and all the other workers are so sweet but Kenna is so rude. Most likely going to cancel membership along with some of my friends if she stays.

incredibly terrible service . they get you stuck paying the membership and wont even get you in when you need. was not able to get a spray tan from a credit i paid for when i needed to for a wedding i was in because the "system wouldnt work" and they would not even do anything about helping me get a spray tan - not even have me pay and refund the credit once their system decides to work. the girl told me a manager would contact me to fix this .... and they never did. came in again later for another event hoping maybe itll wo... read more

No sense of urgency at all. Literally run away. DON'T BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE. only gave one star because zero is not an option. Clear an hour from your calendar for a 10 minute tan
