Shady cancellation policy. If you try to cancel a membership at the end of the month (example: June 21) they charge you for a whole EXTRA month (July 31).
So I applied for a free spray since I’m a new member and they had me fill out paper work and I put my KY address (which is where I live, in town for a wedding) and they said they don’t do free sprays Wednesday-Saturday because it’s their “busiest days of the week” (then explain why you only have 2 spray machines???? and then since I do not live in OK I can’t redeem the free coupon for any service. I love the facilities and the products however, they’re extremely under staffed. They have one person working most times which is very unsafe and unfair as they are running around like crazy and can’t catch up. It’s not the employees faults, it’s the management’s or whoever the owner is. You always have to wait 30-45 minutes to tan because the beds aren’t clean and they check in people behind you before they even clean the beds which means we all sit there waiting. They would not validate the free first time tan as it says on their site. I called upper management and they said the coupon is valid. They were too concerned at the location filling up their sales cards and signing me up for auto draft. They said one spray tan would cost 60.00.
I paid for 3 months in advance in CASH! I bought products and the whole bit! The 3rd time I went in to tan, they froze my account because I didn’t have a card on file ? I told them I paid in cash and don’t wish to continue after! They would not let me use my services that I had paid cash for until I gave them a card! I understood there are rules so I reluctantly gave my debit card and told her to put a note on my account NOT TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER MONTH!
