Absolutely horrible personable customer service. When you call to speak to the store you get a call center & conflicting information. 1 rep tries to reach the store and the next one says you can't speak to anyone. When customers pay what they do for their membership you should be able to personally speak to a person at the location period.
Overcharged, unprofessional manager, staff too busy talking to help customers. They get you to sign contracts you never get an electronic copy or a paper copy to know how much add on are or what is included with the contract.

I do not recommend using this location if you expect customer service and efficiency. With the exception of only a couple of employees this location is lacking it ! Not so much as a courtesy acknowledgement (be with you in a moment) when you are standing in front of them .. just continuing personal conversations with other staff.. will drive further or look for better tanning facility after tonight !

Very misleading, make sure you're on your game before they manage to confuse you and make you pay more.
