The staff was very helpful and I was amazed by all services offered. Most of the Glo Tanning salons I have been to does not have all the services This salon went all out.

This is a clean, well run place. In peak season there might be waits at certain times but that is expected. The girls are courteous and professional and they keep wait time to the minimum. Their beds are elite and their other luxury items is a bonus that others just don't have. recommend.

Have been a customer for many years now even prior to the opening of this now only location for all of fort smith and not too mention the main only place to tan as well. Wait times are terrible in the evening especially and for most we go at that time because it's are only time. When you pay the membership fee you expect to get to tan worth your money and being placed in a stand up over and over or even the lower effectiveness beds makes you wonder. The staff is amazing! So helpful and friendly! Equipment is in great condition and works perfectly! Clean and beautiful. Highly recommend for all tanning and extra spa time!
Love the new location. Miss having one closer to me but it is worth it now that it is So Much Bigger. Staff is great. Love the KBL and Prestige and New Massage Chairs are wonderful.

Great service. Had a great spa bed treatment and tanning session. Staff was helpful and friendly. The cleanliness was top notch.

Very clean and disinfected! Many beds to choose from and a great monthly price! They even clean the door knobs!! There is literally no waiting! Walk in, go to bed and done! Love the chandeliers everywhere too!

Great place to tan - love their easy plans and saves me a ton of money vs what I was spending before at another place in town. Friendly staff and super clean.
I don't usually write a review but this business is so bad, I felt I needed to. The manager does nothing but stand around and talk with the girls that work there, the waiting room is filled with people they just ignore. Not only does the manager not do anything she has a horrible attitude! The employees have no idea what they are doing, luckily I caught they pulled my account up and charged products from some other customer on it!
