They don't accept cash and will not let you buy just one single session for a spray tan. Very very pushy and just a really odd atmosphere! I went for a spray tan and left after an hour (only customer there) with nothing. So so weird.

me and my mom have had an account at glo tanning for three years. I've never had a problem until today. I came home from Fayetteville this week to come get my hair done, and so I dropped by to tan tonight. The woman told me that I needed to buy goggles, so I did. And I signed for it. What she didn't tell me, was that I was signing to put my card on file. And my mom had canceled her account for over four months. They closed a location and now the wait times are crazy. I have been morning, afternoon, and night and it doesn't make a difference. Today I have waited over 45 minutes and people are lined up. The monthly fees are too high for this kind of service. More than 10 people have left without tanning due to wait times as I sit here and write this review. Do better Glo Tanning! We are doing our part with automated payments to you every month now you need to get it togethe!

This is the worst place to tan I was tanning at Beach bum which was sold to Glo Tanning no one was told Beach bum was selling to glow A note on the door at beach bum said customers who used to tan at beach bum could tan at Glo tanning. I paid on the 5 of Sep at Beach bum which Glo tanning now owns. Went to Glo tanning to tan I was told that I can't tan there because I didn't want glow tanning debiting my account every month I got conflicting information from three different girls on why I couldn't tan this was just one of th... read more

These place is clean. They sell you a three month deal then it starts automatic draft. Unless you cancel. In person. On the 20th of month. If you don't. $50 + tax. You can get just as good from Jergens in a bottle. I promise. Girls working counter are not knowledgeable at all. Oh, and if you call the phone number you get a phone tree. Awful.

They told me my card declined so I contacted my bank. My bank has absolutely no record of them even trying to charge my card. So Glo tanning charged me the fee for my card declining and there is no record of it from the bank. They ripped me off and then told me there is nothing they could do for me.. I will not be going back there.. People be aware of how they operate. I went in there to get a copy of my failed transaction to take to my bank and wouldn't you lnow they're printer was out of paper and couldn't email it to me..... read more

This business is the worst tanning place I've ever dealt with. The owner is terrible and doesn't keep good staff. The beds are constantly out of order or broken. The on line cancelation and putting your account on hold is non existent! Myself and several people I know have been lied to and screwed out of several hundred dollars!!! Please go anywhere else but here!!!
