The quality of equipment is great. (Although I can't speak on the spray tans as I don't ever use those). The reason I'm knocking 2 stars is the fact that there's a hidden $30 initiation fee. This wasn't mentioned at all when the price was being explained to me or when I asked questions about pricing, not until after I had filled out all of my information, toured the place, and then handed my card over (for what I had initially been told was only for the prorate, and then monthly fee would be charged on the 1st of the next m... read more
Customer service is amazing, and they provide more services than other tanning salons in this area! Highly recommend.
Connor Dietrich is such a cutie and soooo welcoming! You could tell how knowledgeable he was about the services and products. Because of him, I signed up for the full spa monthly subscription!! I probably wouldn't have signed up without him. Prices are surprisedly very good for all the services you get. Definitely recommend Glo Tanning to anyone who wants to go to the spa, but can't afford it!!!
Cameron was amazing and explained everything to us in detail. So relaxing and legitimately enjoyable. They didn't push anything on us but did inform us of the perks of joining. My roommate and I just went for a quick spray tan before we left for Vegas and ended up getting the package. Usually for subscription services I'm like-- dang-- I'm wasting money every month on this and want to cancel. I've been coming to Glo now for about 6 months I think. I was referred by a friend and am so happy I got the membership here! I love all the services they have and the people that work here. I suffer from neuropathy so I was excited to try the cocoon and the skin wellness as they said they both help with pain. I love them both but the skin wellness really helps with the pain in my legs. I went to Glo for my first ever spray tan, and I was so happy with the results! The employees were so friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect settings for my skin tone. Now I have a membership and look forward to my spray every month! Can't say enough good things about Glo!

Went to Glow tanning for my first time did a stand up UV bed the girl at the front desk told me if I didn't buy a lotion that I would only get two minutes of tanning. I've pretty much been tanning my whole life. I've never used a lotion besides that factor it was my first time here did a stand-up told me it was nine minutes the UV lights shut off with a remainder of two minutes and 58 seconds.
