Customer service is amazing, and they provide more services than other tanning salons in this area! Highly recommend.
Connor Dietrich is such a cutie and soooo welcoming! You could tell how knowledgeable he was about the services and products. Because of him, I signed up for the full spa monthly subscription!! I probably wouldn't have signed up without him. Prices are surprisedly very good for all the services you get. Definitely recommend Glo Tanning to anyone who wants to go to the spa, but can't afford it!!!
I've been coming to Glo now for about 6 months I think. I was referred by a friend and am so happy I got the membership here! I love all the services they have and the people that work here. I suffer from neuropathy so I was excited to try the cocoon and the skin wellness as they said they both help with pain. I love them both but the skin wellness really helps with the pain in my legs. I went to Glo for my first ever spray tan, and I was so happy with the results! The employees were so friendly and knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect settings for my skin tone. Now I have a membership and look forward to my spray every month! Can't say enough good things about Glo!

Terrible customer service and pushy sales tactics, even when you try to cancel. Wouldn't ever recommend and complete waste of money.
I went in as a new client after work on a Monday and was absolutely horrified but the customer service. I couldn't even get a sentence out without the two rude blonde girls at the front laughing and cutting me off. I asked a few questions and after being treated like trash, I left. I had worked in a tanning salon myself and customer service IS the business. Today, I went to Glo Tanning in South Tampa with a friend; I arrived at 7:53 pm as a new client. I filled out some forms and, maybe 10 minutes later, turned them in. We had asked when we would be helped, and Jordan kept saying we were understaffed and busy!! Soon soon!! At 8:38, Jordan asked us what we wanted, and we paid.
