I came in the other day and it was so busy, the lobby was full. I felt so bad for Molly she was all by herself but was so sweet and was working so hard to keep everyone happy. Every time I see her she has a smile on her face and is such a doll! She took the time to explain different tanning beds to me and showed me how to use them once in the room! I love glo tanning!
Wow! What a difference from the past business in this location! I was given a full walk through on each bed and what it does for me as well as all the skin care amenities. I ended up signing up for the family package. This includes almost full usage of their systems! After two weeks, I have to say I love it! Taylor the manager at this location is so friendly and goes out of her way to ensure you are taking advantage of everything your plan has to offer. The machines all work! Every time I go in to this salon, I am impressed. The equipment is great, but the customer service always blows me away. I've worked in hospitality for a long time so service is my middle name; these owners must be doing something right, because everyone I have interacted with are so outgoing, and just happy to be there! I go to the Glo on Western in Edmond, Love, love, love it!

I had a three month membership here. I could use any of the spa services inside. I only used spray tan service at this time but I was very pleased with that service. The package deal that they offer is the way to go! It pays for itself quickly. I did the three month package deal and it was $70 a month. As I stated before I could use any of the services within the spa. And I don't like to be really dark with my tans so I seek a nice golden tan - very fresh. For that result I will go weekly. I absolutely LOVE this tanning salon. I've been a frequent at tanning salons for the past 7 years and a member here for going on 2 years. This is the most advanced, beautiful, and clean salon I've ever been to. The staff is amazing. The website is super convenient to freeze accounts. The only thing that I would say needs to improve on is when I freeze my account online I shouldn't have to come in before my freeze to sign a bunch of additional paperwork and after my freeze sign another 20 minutes worth of paperwork.
