A few days ago I received an email with a coupon for a free spray tan. So, today I spent driving all over the city of Edmond, OK to find a Glo-Tanning business that is open. Could not find one. Not only did I waste my precious time in driving and wasting gas, I came home and called Glo-Tanning and waited on the phone for close to 10 minutes with no one answering. I am very disappointed to say the least.

I want to cancel my membership permanently. You've shown an extreme lack of integrity with how you've handled my issue. I was just told on the phone it was cancelled and just looked at my email to see it's actually frozen, which is not what I requested and shows an extreme lack of integrity. The spray tan looked disgusting over the holiday weekend which your employees know bc it only sprayed my knees down. The. You would refund my money. My husband and I arrived 5min before this business' posted hours of operation. We have sat here for 35 minutes watching 9 other customers arrive, only to find the doors still locked. 35 minutes after waiting for the business to open (and calling multiple times) we ran out of time and left. We pay a $69 a month membership, we are very disappointed in the reliability of Glo Tanning. My 2 stars are strictly for the convenience of this location, which isn't really convenient if they can't provide timely service.

This location is garbage, I usually go to the one in Midwest City and that location is amazing. Everyone that works there is super helpful. I went in tonight, 3 people standing at the desk only one person acknowledged me the entire time. The two blonde girls working are always super rude, I've been in before..same thing with them both. They act like you're irritating them if they have to do anything. I couldn't even get a robe I planned on doing all 4 stamps, left after two. Over 6 months of their spray tan machine being down and no sign of it being repaired or replaced. Yet they will continue to bill you for the services they say they provide. Nothing the staff can do with such poor management. What a joke.

Customer service not helpful. Equipment malfunctions or isn't working. Not a good experience overall would compare to At the Beach. Go find yourself a non chain tanning place!
