Love this Sauna! Very clean environment, with attentive staff. I am always greeted at the front door by their friendly employees . It took a few weeks to really begin to benefit from the sauna but so many aspects have improved such as better sleep and quicker work-out recovery. I highly recommend👍👍

My friend booked an appointment at Sauna Studios over the weekend for a birthday celebration. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Although we were running late, the staff still allowed us to keep our appointment for the full time allotted. 5 stars. We will definitely be visiting the salon again.
Just moved to Dallas from the Bay Area and was excited to find Glow saunas. Helpful staff and very clean studio. Already joined as a monthly member! So happy to be sweating out the bad!
