RecommendedWas a great experience, 45 mins in the small personal pods and UV light was very meditative... first time I listened to the Tony Robbins app, next session I'll focus on more meditation.

It's everything and more! I can't believe I've been missing this. Haha.. well not any more. It's so relaxing 😇 Great Staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I feel amazing every time! I suggest the Cabin cause you can bring a friend, plus it has Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime. I mean, c'mon. Haha. I don't know what is in those infrareds but, let me tell you, regular saunas don't have anything on infared saunas at Glow! **Highly Recommend** 👍👍
