I don't take the time to write many reviews unless service is above and beyond. Josh Jampedro was amazing to work with. He answered my many questions, had a rate that others could not even match, and made the process smooth and enjoyable. If I ever need a mortgage again in the future, I will use Josh again in a heartbeat and I recommend him to everyone!

Worked with Josh twice. First for original purchase, then again later for refinance. He's very understandable, not a lot of "financialeeze" double talk. Felt like he was giving me good honest recommendations and advice whenever I asked for it. Got me a very competitive rate both times. Saved me from locking in a little too early on one occasion.
