But it was my first time to try an online lender and I must say that I was skeptical at first. But Josh made the experience very smooth, and his team was extremely helpful. Super helpful and patient as I was helping my elderly Mom and her partner with the forms. Always got back quickly with questions, and was able to handle a last-minute request as to how we wanted closing handled.
