I reached out to Go Mortgage based on my friend's experience/recommendation working with them. Josh worked with me from the beginning getting the best rates when I was refinancing. The entire process was fast. He was very reliable, communicating clearly along the way. The entire team worked efficiently to close the refinancing quickly. Happy customer here.
I was hesitant to refinance until I talked with Jim. He made every thing extremely easy to understand. Everything went smoothly. He brought the papers to my house and went over everything. If I move, I will call Jim and no one else.
I highly recommend Go Mortgage. I was hesitant in refinancing because I thought the process would be difficult and time consuming. Jim and Becky made the process so easy. Everything was able to be done on the secure app. They gave me an amazing rate. On closing day they sent a notary to my house at a time of my choosing. They kept my in the loop at every step of the process. I would never work with any other lender! The entire process was so easy and best of all I am saving so much money. I only wish I had done it sooner!
Erik was great to work with. He communicated with us constantly and was always available for questions. Erik was there every step of the way. My loan provider at the time told me there was nothing they could do, but Erik made it happen.
Josh was very helpful in getting my first home financed and helped with all of my questions very quickly. Through the entire home buying experience, it was great to have someone to help me navigate my way through the various requests that came through from lawyers, realtors, and everyone involved in the process. As a complete novice, Josh helped me out and I was happy that I ended up going with someone who was referred to me from extended family members who had worked with him before.
Will recommend. Had a smooth transaction and no issues. I was informed of all the updates in a timely manner as we moved along with the process. I would definitely recommend Josh!
We originally financed our house through Go GSF and then refinanced a year later through GO Mortgage after their name change. Worked with Josh both times and he did an excellent job making things very simple and explaining every step and any questions that we had. Josh is a wonderful person to talk to and I strongly recommend him!
Josh is great, always available to answer questions and had the loan closed within 25 days. He got me a great rate and minimized closing costs where he could.
