This is the second time we have used GSF and had Megan Peterson as our loan officer. She consistently communicated with us throughout the process and ensured all documents that were necessary were submitted on time. It was a very easy and quick process, if we ever move again we will be using Megan and GSF.
Smooth, seamless experience working with Josh and his team. He was reachable at all times and always responded promptly. And he gave me the best rate I saw by far. Bottom line, I would recommend him to anyone that has their documents well-organized and can move quickly.
Jason is not just great at his job by being timely, organized, efficient and thorough, he makes you feel like you are his only client. I never felt that I was bothering him when I had a question. He is personable and pleasant. I never had the impression that getting a mortgage would be fun, but I would say that while having to provide lots of information and signing lots of documents and with the stress of buying a house, Jason made the process as painless as possible.
Tony did an excellent job getting my mortgage loan together, every little detail was handled smoothly, efficiently, and stress free. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any one looking to buy a home in this area.
