Sam was exceptional! He answered every question I had and made the process very smooth. I have heard from friends and family how arduous buying a home is and especially in the DMV but Sam made sure everything was in order. We even closed early!
Brian went above and beyond for me and my wife throughout our home searching, buying, and closing. Every single question we had he answered in simple terms that anyone could understand and then some! Jason was fantastic. The most important thing I can say about my experience working with him is that he did everything that he said he would do when he said he would do it. That's rare these days. He also was always willing to crunch the numbers and work with me on a wide variety of scenarios until I was happy with the final outcome.
I recently refinanced my mortgage with Jason, and it could not have been an easier experience. He let me know up front everything I could expect, and he handled all the legwork for me. Everything was super simple, super fast, and I was amazed at how painless the whole procedure was. I would look to him first if I ever need anything regarding my mortgage.
I can’t say enough good things about Jason. Worked tirelessly to help me with a difficult refi that saved me a ton. He was always responsive, even at odd hours.
