Jim was incredibly responsive, followed up many times throughout and was always able to be reached, but most importantly I felt like I could trust him and he was an honest guy. I would definitely use him as a lender again.
We were so lucky to have gotten paired with Jason when we started our new home search! Not only was he available any time we had questions or needed to crunch numbers on a new house we were interested in (which happened quite often...) but he helped pair us with our realtor who was also incredible - total dream team! Couldn’t have asked for anyone better!
Jason helped us get into our forever home and made it so easy throughout the entire process. With the help of him and his team and his quick responses to any questions that arose, I couldn’t have been more relieved. I would definitely recommend him to anyone purchasing a home!
I was unable to obtain a loan with another lender, I was told that I was not qualified. Sam Fisher went above and beyond and guess what? Not only did I get the loan but he also locked me in at a great rate. He always got right back to me, answered all my questions and walked me through the whole process. I’d give him more than five stars if I was able to. Needless to say, I would highly recommend him.

Sam was very helpful and guided us through the loan process. He also spent the time needed with me to make sure I understood the terms in the documents and what each document was for. Also, there wasn't a lot of difference between what was estimated and actual numbers by closing. I was very satisfied with the overall experience and would not hesitate to do business with him again (note: this is my second time so far). Sam is at the top of my list.
Sam is amazing. This was the second purchase he handled for us and I wouldn’t dream of using anyone else. He makes you feel like family, not just a client. He is quick to address any concerns or questions we had, and is so patient when I was constantly texting and emailing him :) Wonderful man! Wonderful experience!
As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of concerns and worries, especially right before closing. Bryon was great at helping to reduce my worries and concerns. He did what he said he would, and we closed on time! Which was perfect for us with the timing for having to move out of our apartment. I highly recommend Bryon to anyone who will listen.
