While wanting to refinance, I was shopping around to find my options. My usual broker wasnt very communicative. I got some references from Nerdwallet, and filled in some online forms. I must have talked to at least three brokers and a similar number of lenders, none could beat what Bob was able to get me by a long shot! In fact one of the brokers mentioned that whoever was getting me a 6.125% interest at the low closing cost was doing me a big favor and that I should stick with him!
