From the first day we expressed a possible interest, Tom Pfister reached out to us to explain (clearly) the steps to take. Even though interest rates were moving higher during our construction phase, he kept us informed and assured us we could lock in a rate and he would tell us when rates were decreasing. The process was streamlined with timely notifications using the Go Mortgage App. His assistant was Theresa Piper and she also was exceptional to help us.

There were items needed for our closing just prior to the closing date. The folks at Go Mortgage moved mountains to get the info required to make the closing date. We were extremely please with their efforts and professional service.
