Jennifer and her assistant were so helpful during our entire loan process. They were always available if we had any questions or concerns on any part of the process. While wanting to refinance, I was shopping around to find my options. My usual broker wasnt very communicative. I got some references from Nerdwallet, and filled in some online forms. I must have talked to at least three brokers and a similar number of lenders, none could beat what Bob was able to get me by a long shot!
