Best Solar Company I had talked to many solar companies and specially the big names. Then i talked to Daniel from Gold Rush Energy Solutions. He was very nice and polite and listened to all my questions and explained me all the advantages of the solar system and its different options with the solar panels available in the market and the invertor systems. worst experience They deserve 0 star review. I have purchased 4 solar systems from them with approx. value of $169, 000. Out of 4 systems they installed 2 systems incorrectly. For one system they had to get permit from county twice and for other one they needed to get NEM approval from PGE twice. In this situation I lost time which equals to money loss. Worse customer service Installed a large set of Rex panels. I have had nothing but issues with Gold Rush Energy. Before install they broke tiles on my roof (understandable)Removed the broken tiles and left my roof exposed where it rained for the next couple days in freezing temperatures. When contacting Gold Rush they said “we will be out there in a couple days” it’s rained those couple days. I’ve had panels relocated because of poor design. A company that ignores their customers Gold Rush is branching out into areas throughout California. I live in Gilroy and they installed my new solar equipment. I can see them being competent for those customers near El Dorado Hills but not to areas where they need to travel. They installed my equipment but didn't finish some after install painting and even left a very large ladder in my driveway. Really disappointed, but don't get me wrong. I think their installers are good (I hope). They were fast, their workmanship looks professional from what I've seen (on the ground floor) I cannot say the same on the roof, I have to wait for the rainy season to see if there will be leaks. What disappoints me is their agent, I feel like we've been scammed by him, or perhaps by both?
