Our air conditioner stopped working and only blowing hot air. Called the Good Guys and Mike came out the next day. He was very nice and professional, and did not try to sell us a new A/C unit. He replaced the part needed and is working great, what a difference, we ended up buying there maintenance plan for A/C and Heater each year. Would highly recommend the Good Guys.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I had several companies come out to give me pricing on a new a/c unit and they just blew everyone out of the water. I would highly recommend them for all your a/c needs
Have always had great service with Good Guys. Jason the tech that has come out a few times was courteous, kind, smart answered all my questions. Did not feel any pressure of upsale at all! Also know the owner. Highly recommend!
We just had our HVAC system, ducts and thermostat replaced by Good Guys Heating and cooling and could not be happier with the outcome!! Excellent workmanship, courteous and professional, and cleaned up as they progressed!! Tyler, Mike, Kit and Elliot all did a fantastic job for us!! We called Good Guys about converting our gas furnace and conventional A/C to a heat pump. Scott responded to our home, and was really savvy about his company’s hardware and install considerations. He spent an hour or two with me going over every detail, addressing issues. Being retired from the construction field, I was impressed. And we’re delighted the contract included a lot more than we figured for the price. I'm sure I'll have another good report on 8/16. Guess I could have waited 😊.
Our water heater went out and Good Guys was on it and did an amazing job. They were not only fast but also got us a great deal with an automatic water heater so we wouldn’t have to worry about it anymore. They were honest and willing to come take a look at our water heater to even try to fix it. Not pushy in sales and very trustworthy company.
