Great customer service and very knowledgeable. I had several companies come out to give me pricing on a new a/c unit and they just blew everyone out of the water. I would highly recommend them for all your a/c needs

We just had our HVAC system, ducts and thermostat replaced by Good Guys Heating and cooling and could not be happier with the outcome!! We called Good Guys about converting our gas furnace and conventional A/C to a heat pump. Scott responded to our home, and was really savvy about his company’s hardware and install considerations. He spent an hour or two with me going over every detail, addressing issues. Being retired from the construction field, I was impressed. And we’re delighted the contract included a lot more than we figured for the price. I'm sure I'll have another good report on 8/16. Guess I could have waited 😊.
Our water heater went out and Good Guys was on it and did an amazing job. They were not only fast but also got us a great deal with an automatic water heater so we wouldn’t have to worry about it anymore. They were honest and willing to come take a look at our water heater to even try to fix it. Not pushy in sales and very trustworthy company.
