Good Guys is a great name for this company. Had my furnace go out. Called Good Guys Heating and Cooling. Butch came out and talked me through the issue. Was on the phone with the owner Bill who walked me through the process and the cost. Had a new furnace in two days. These guys are professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The first company I called never even showed up for a scheduled consultation! If you want great service, call Good Guys. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Polite, professional, friendly. They were this way at 1st. to help me get an idea on how my old furnace was doing. When It died, were expedient with getting my new one ordered and installed. Then things changed when I needed help when requesting documentation on paperwork to submit to my insurance for coverage on the replacement. Service was a completely different story.
