RecommendedGreat customer service!!! Bill tried to troubleshoot a couple things when my air conditioner wasn't working because it was hot and later in the evening. When I was unable to fix it he had a tech at my house 7 a.m. for the next hundred degree day!!

Asked questions re: how old system vented air between 1st & 2nd floors, showed me how new thermostat worked, and answered any questions. Both guys had pleasant demeanor while working in 100 degree heat. Great work ethic & I highly recommend working with this co.
