I’ve worn a custom-made very expensive oral appliance for years to help my sleep apnea and snoring problems. The device works. It's a little hard to get used to but after a week or so you get used to it.

My wife says the product has greatly reduced my snoring. I took it to my dentist to get his opinion regarding any effect it might have on my aging teeth and gums. He hadn't seen it before, but he was not at all concerned, and thought it was a well-made product.

Took me a couple of days to get used to wearing it but this device actually works. Asked my wife if my snoring stopped and she said yes indeed. She also added that the first couple of nights that she nudge me to see if I'm ok since she wasn't used to me not snoring. That was funny.
