I have used it a couple of weeks and think it gives me a sounder sleep - I don't wake up as many times. My husband says I still snore some, but I think it's because my tongue slips out of the little pocket.

When you think about the cost and invasiveness of machines like a CPAP and other mouthpiece snoring solutions that push your jaw forward and cause soreness in your jaw in the morning, this really is a better solution. If you use it as designed and don't cause too high of a vacuum on your tongue, it won't be sore in the morning. You just have to find that sweet spot of pressure that keeps the tongue in, but doesn't make it too tight. This product has improved my sleep, hands down.

Everything came as ordered, but there was not any instructions on how to store in case. It seems that to store in the case the snore solution needs to be compressed. It does not seem right.

Seems to work well but takes a long time to get your gums adjusted to wearing the device. I have had this for 2 months and still having issues with sore gums. Hope that it will get better soon.
