Thanks to Captain Rick and his team. Our company had an awesome time on our afternoon cruise. We had scheduled a company cruise and the service; the food and cruise were awesome! Captain Rick runs a tight ship and was very accommodating of our needs, despite the rainy day we had a GOOD TIME!!!!

Hello, we had a group of 27 seniors on the 12-2pm tour on August 23rd, 2019 and everything went very smoothly from on phone ticket ordering, senior discount, parking, pick up of tickets at the window, dock, and boarding instructions! Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the Cleveland history and beautiful weather. Thank You and I would highly recommend this type of adventure.
We booked our company's summer event with the Goodtime III and I can't say enough good things about our experience. Everyone that came had such an amazing time, food was exceptional, staff on board was so helpful and friendly. Your staff was amazing, especially Amy who I worked with setting the event up. You made sure we would have a great time. We appreciate it so much. The customer service that the Goodtime III offers is what other companies should strive to be. Thank you again!

If the weather was nicer we would have had a better time! I understand you guys dont control that! For 30 bucks a person i was expecting some horderves or dinner! Or even drink tickets.Other then that it was cool
