Too many emails with different names or email addresses asking to do the same task. Notifying customers about interest rate changes would be very helpful.

The details changed for loan unknown to us on the buyer side and when we found out about lack of approval for the loan it caused tremendous stress. The buyer proved to be unreasonable and pushy and the lender was not able to control what was happening. No we will not recommend Town Square. Debbi Hester
