I would have appreciate more explanations of the options about closing costs, and what to expect at the closing . Also more explanations as to what all the charges were for and possibilities of having share them with the seller. I felt as she was serving the seller and the agent better than me. I’m sorry but this is the way I felt. Other than that it was fast and we appreciated it.

I’m a more face to face person I don’t like that we were unable to meet in person. I know covid going on but still. Sometimes I would get a reply fast when I had questions. I don’t like the fact that I was told an assistant at was helping me she took forever to reply sometimes. I feel more comfortable working with one person.
