Groceries, Restaurants, Gym, Bus Stops, Loop Train Station, Union Station, River Walk, Lakeshore Drive, Hubbard (Night Life) and few other hot spots in the city are anywhere between 5 and 20 minutes walk from this apartment. Worst case, you could take a rental bike or ride the Metro to these spots in less than 10 minutes. This is golden if you don't want to own a car and enjoy city life.
