Verified Renter I have lived at Gramercy Row for 19 years. It's a great location close to everything. Management and Maintenance are friendly & very professional. Newly renovated lobby and hallways, looks great.

Verified Renter Definitely a great place to stay. Biggest Pro would be the location. Groceries, Restaurants, Gym, Bus Stops, Loop Train Station, Union Station, River Walk, Lakeshore Drive, Hubbard (Night Life) and few other hot spots in the city are anywhere between 5 and 20 minutes walk from this apartment. Worst case, you could take a rental bike or ride the Metro to these spots in less than 10 minutes. This is golden if you don't want to own a car and enjoy city life. Verified Renter Gramercy row is super inexpensive for river north, but still offers great amenities. The building management is easy to work with and very attentive.

Great location, reasonable price If you're looking to live downtown at an affordable price, Gramercy Row is the place for you. I've lived here for two years and have loved it. I work in the loop, so the commute to work is a 20 minute walk, or an 8 minute ride on the bus or train. Whole Foods and Jewel are a 5 minute walk away. The apartments have stores at the bottom, and I regularly go to the barber shop, and dry cleaner, so that's very convenient. The studio is charming, all hardwood floors with an history feel. Reasonable apartment in a nice neighborhood I have been living here for 2 months. No major issues, you get what you pay for. The rent (including heat and electricity) is much cheaper than other similarly-sized units in River North. Closer to work (don't have to take CTA anymore) and is right next to major grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers, etc.
