AWFUL I would not recommend living at this apartment complex. There is constant noise throughout the day and night—especially from the upstairs neighbor who bangs on the floor regularly, making it nearly impossible to relax or enjoy a TV show in peace. Cars pull up blasting music at all hours, take up multiple parking spots, and I’ve even seen tenants parking on the grass directly in front of their units, which is supposedly against the rules. Verified Renter I still don’t like the new handicap type rails in front of SOME of the buildings, but at least the grass is being cut more often Didn’t go up too much on the rent with new lease for next year. Repairs are done when requested. Overall not too bad. The dog park is better maintained but I still have to call sometimes to get the trash bin emptied. So noisy!! Would not recommend this apartment to ANYONE. I’ve been here for less than a week and am already miserable. There is CONSTANT noise from my neighbors above me, I can hear every move they make and hear their entire conversations. I don’t believe it’s the neighbors fault, just extremely thin walls. Parking is a nightmare at night. I’ve had to park 5 buildings away to get a parking spot. The apartments are not nearly as nice as they appear online, and my unit was dirty upon move in. Verified Renter The management is horrible, they do not care about their residence. The maintenance workers do not complete request in timely manner. When your bring an issue to the management team they find excuses for the complaint. I will be glad once my lease is over.

Worst place I have lived. My husband and I lived in a two bedroom apartment here for a year, and it did not take long for us to start counting down the days until our lease was up. The Kitchen is way too small, and layed out terribly and with next to no storage, so if you like to cook as my husband and I do keep looking.
