Verified Renter My wife and I are moving to Grand Biscayne in between home purchases. The apartment had been remodeled, and is awesome. 1500 square foot, new appliances, new flooring, new paint. Couldnt be happier with the choice. And the office personnel are very professional, and pleasant.
Verified Renter This community is simply amazing. Everyone is super nice and helpful. My neighbors are respectful and everyone kind of looks out for each other. The apartment community is in a great area and very close to so many things out in town. I'm so happy that I found this place.
Great place to call home! I love my apartment here! Lots of closet space, I'm on the 3rd floor so I really like the vaulted ceilings. Maintenance was quick to respond to my toilet being clogged and the girls in the office are really nice! I highly recommend!

Great Place This place is great for families. Very quiet, nice, clean and safe. Management are friendly and helpful...Neighbors are great.
Mr. If you want to be a part of a great, fun, and peaceful community. This is the place to live. Good attentive office staff with assertive maintenance help. The community area of the apartment homes has pool space with chairs for places of sitting. Also, a workout room and a living room share area for baby showers, meetings, etc.
The Grand Biscayne All the amenities you need in a peaceful quiet place. These units are very well kept and so are the common areas. Rental rates are very reasonable for the square footage you receive. Truly amazing staff on hand.
