Verified Renter It’s a great area, and very quiet living space. I’m soo glad I was able to live here, I would gladly tell my friends about these apartments, the living room is spacious with plenty of kitchen space. I can’t wait to dive into the new pool.

Verified Renter All staff is nice. Any maintenance issues are usually fixed by end of day depending on what time ticket is put in. Only thing is the parking...not enuff

Verified Renter My experience has been great ! Clean complex , safe environment, not to noisy! I love going to the gym in the mornings ! Sometimes I walk around the complex , great pool ! My apartment is big and spacious I love everything about The Grand Biscayne!!

Verified Renter My partner and I just love it, here! It's nice and quiet, and my kid loves the playground and the pool. Pet friendly, so we have made lots of furry friends, too! The office staff is friendly and professional, and quick to solve any problem. Maintenance is prompt and knowledgeable, and even comes out after hours for emergency situations. All of our neighbors so far are all so nice, and some are really close-knit. Really makes it feel like home for us.
