Beautiful Property, Friendly staff The property is well maintained, maintenance responds quickly and the ladies in the office always have a smile on their face and are willing to help! I have and would recommend to live at the Grand Biscayne!

Verified Renter As a retired military member with 30 years of service, I have lived on numerous occasions in apartments in the vicinity. This has been the safest, most attentive, and welcomed in my stays. Friendly staff/team, safe, and very family friendly. I love that they enforce the guidelines/contract rules. Kudos to the entire team!

good but not great Management and office workers are friendly. A LOT of space for two bed two bath. Parking is not so good. Pest get in every now and then. Maintenance are quick to respond but don’t ever fully fix the issue. Apartment smells like cigarette smoke and upstairs neighbors are very noisy. Three stars because no major issues but a lot of little inconveniences.
