Have stayed here before and will stay here again. Pool area does not have toilets. Pool. 5-7 minute walk to Disney security. Cheerful, helpful people at the front desk. Safely stored luggage the day we checked out.

Very Good Our bathroom STANK!! Turns out the toilet was broken and it was a sewage smell 🤢 they had to replace the entire toilet! Nice walk to park, convient store at hotel was helpful.

Overall the hotel was clean, and easily accessible. I do believe there needed to be a bit more transparency on cleaning Although most staff were kind, upon arrival, a staff member was extremely rude. During check in she did not once look up from her computer and proceeded to get our names wrong when checking us in causing problems later during checkout. Another fair warning is that the walls are thin so you do hear quite a bit of noise from the outside which for us wasn’t a bother but if it’s not expected I can imagine would... read more
