Our short stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. No negative comments. Everything went well for our stay. We would have liked to stay at this hotel longer but, we had other plans in downtown Los Angeles. We will book our stay here again and recommend to family and friends. quick check in/great location. The pool service was great. They offered free fruit drink at the pool. They offered cool alcohol beverage at the pool at reasonable cost. They provided parking near our room.

Hello, I do apologize for the miscommunication and overall confusion about the room differences. I have looked at our booking.com charges and I can confirm we only charged $1,117.00. The difference of $396 was never charged by us the hotel. You prepaid the room through booking.com, therefore the amount that hasn't been refunded needs to come from booking.com.
